What can HERO e-Delphi offer your organization?

Delphi activities are often used for strategic planning, brainstorming, and group decision making.  HERO e-Delphi offers groups of any size the ability to create and run flexible, web-based Delphi activities.  In particular, we offer:

  • Security: You select the participants, and only those participants will have access to your e-Delphi activities. HERO e-Delphi assigns a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) to each participant you provide.  This PIN controls access to your activities.
  • Anonymity: You select the level of anonymity you wish to use during each e-Delphi activity.  Participation can be entirely anonymous, or participants can be identified by number, profile (e.g., expertise), or name.
  • Moderator access: You may select one or more moderators for each e-Delphi activity. Moderators have extra privileges, including the ability to edit or delete comments, initiate voting, or start new activities. Moderators may also communicate with e-Delphi participants directly.
  • Informed consent: If you intend to use the results of your e-Delphi activities for research and/or publication, your organization may require you to obtain informed consent from study participants.  We can serve your informed consent forms at the beginning of an e-Delphi activity and can obtain a digital signature (using the PIN).  We will provide you with copies of these authenticated consent documents.
  • Flexibility: The e-Delphi interface allows moderators to design flexible activities that meet the unique needs of each participant group.  In addition, you may contact us during the design phase of your activity if you require additional functionality.
  • Reporting:  At the close of your activity, we can supply you with a summary report containing all participant and moderator activity.
